CNS Service Request System

In order to streamline requests and provide efficient service, a ticket based Service Request System or SRS is utilized to fulfill the needs of a CNS client. Each service request is assigned a unique identifier which can used to track the progress and responses online.

  • General description of the issue and its priority.
